• Microwave (times may vary): Combine 1/2 cup water or milk and 1/3 cup of oatmeal in a microwave-safe bowl and stir. Microwave for 1-2 minutes and stir again.
• Hot Water: Add 1/2 cup boiling water or milk to a saucepan. Stir in 1/3 cup of oatmeal and reduce heat to low. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
• Overnight Oats: Combine 1/3 cup of oatmeal with 1/2 cup of milk in a sealed jar. Add your favorite toppings and flavors, stir and cover, and then chill overnight in the fridge.
